Senior Executive, Property

Job Purpose:

Provide land administration services for P-Excell Management Group of Companies:

Ensure land titles are kept well manner
Provide consultancy services in relation to land procedures related laws in Malaysia
Ensure that all land matters are in compliance with statutory rules and regulations.
Assist immediate superior proposed for a new project especially in real estate/property activities.

Job Responsibilities:

To safeguard and monitor P-Excell's assets by maintaining close relationship with Officials at District, State/Federal levels and Stakeholders.
To ensure land related matters are to be processed expediently with minimum cost to the Company
To ensure confidentia lity of information is high and fully understand the requirements needed.
To update and closely monitor for all records and ensure to keep it safe every time .
Managing and assisting with day to day functions of property management.
To ensure and expedite the payment of quit rent and assessment, insurance and summons (if any).
To ensure all submission and documentation need to follow up and update regularly .
Assist in preparing presentations for discu ssions or meeting with potential clients to understand their needs and follow up on new business opportunities.
Ensure and maintain customer/client relationships and agreements comply under the corporate guidelines.
Assist in managing and handling tenants' compla int and/or service requests, all verbal and written communications as and where necessary
Other duties as and when required and directed by Management.

Requirements:

Experience as a Senior Executive property or in a similar role
Working knowledge of property regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Prior experience in multifamily residential property management, real estate etc
Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
Knowledge on National Land Code. Ability to convince the State Authority/Exco and corporate figure to expedite/resolve any complication pertaining to land matters.
Vast working experience and knowledgeable in land matters .
