P-EXCELL MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (PEMSB) is a dynamic and innovative company, wholly owned by the Terengganu State Economic Development Corporation (PMINT), which has been a leader in the construction and engineering industry since its rebranding in December 2009. We are proud to be the machine behind PMINT’s activities in the public sector, and have established a strong reputation in the industry for our exceptional work in property development, construction contracting, and management services.

Our expertise in development and construction, including buildings, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical works, maintenance, public structures, management contracts, complex management, surveying consulting, materials, and even palm oil plantation management, has earned us the prestigious G7 level status.
